Article of the week: “We Need to Make Paternity Leave Trendy” – Financial Times

“Women are caregivers and men are providers” this is the perception that has been dictated to us for God knows how long.

Nadia Nagamootoo, a former research psychologist and consultant that is presently on maternity leave, rethinks the roles of men and women in society when for the first time, confronts the career and work/life balance challenges that come along with motherhood.

She also talks about how she was incredibly anxious about juggling her career with having a baby.
